Milo Puhan is elected president of the Steering Committee of NRP 74 "Smarter Health Care"
The Research Council has elected a Steering Committee composed of international experts to oversee NRP 74. Its president is Milo Puhan of the University of Zurich.
The Steering Committee of NRP 74 is composed of nine experts from Switzerland and abroad. They assume strategic duties and ensure that NRP 74 is conducted as planned. Its president is Milo Puhan, professor of epidemiology and public health at the University of Zurich.
The members of the Steering Committee cover the different disciplines and fields addressed in NRP 74. The Research Council appoints a Steering Committee for each National Research Programme. The Steering Committee is responsible for the entire process, from the selection of projects through to the programme synthesis.
Also involved in the NRP are representatives of the Federal administration and the Swiss Conference of the Cantonal Ministers of Public Health (CMPH) as well as delegates of the Research Council.
