Second programme conference for NRP 74 researchers and administrators
In late summer 2018, the NRP 74 research teams and administrators exchange views and ideas in Lausanne. The focus was on knowledge transfer and Swiss health data.
The second programme conference of the NRP 74 was held in Lausanne on 31 August 2018. The conference focused on knowledge transfer and outcome goals as well as Swiss health data and their benefits for health care research.
The morning was dedicated to knowledge transfer. The participants discussed the outcome goals of the programme and its projects. The results of the discussions will help in the planning of further knowledge transfer activities (e.g. stakeholder workshops, programme synthesis).
The afternoon was dedicated to the topic "Health Care Research and Health Data", with a particular focus on the different data bases of the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN), the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) and the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).
Four interesting presentations were given, which can be viewed and downloaded here. The interview with Prof. Marcel Zwahlen, Member of the NRP 74 Steering Committee is displayed here:
